bethdb Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the bethdb platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and us.
bethdb ("we", "our", "platform") operates an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document governs the relationship between you ("user", "member") and bethdb. These terms are written in Bengali and follow Bangladeshi legal customs and practices.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you have accepted the updated terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
1.1 Registration Eligibility
To register on the bethdb platform and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You are using this platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
- All information provided must be true, complete and up to date.
- You will operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
1.2 Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account. Any unauthorised access or security breach must be reported to us immediately via our 24/7 live chat support.
1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
bethdb reserves the right to verify your identity at any time in the interest of safe and reliable operations. You must cooperate with the identity verification process. Failure to provide information or providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The accepted payment methods for making deposits on the bethdb platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
- Minimum deposit per payment method: ৳200.
- Correct transaction details must be provided when making a deposit.
- Depositing from a third-party mobile banking account is prohibited.
- All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
2.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to complete a successful withdrawal:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Using the same payment method for withdrawals as for deposits is mandatory.
- Withdrawals of large amounts before account verification may take additional time to process.
2.3 Currency and Conversion
All accounts and transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no option to use foreign currency. All transaction records are stored in the bethdb system and, in the event of a dispute, the system record will be considered final.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳13,000.
The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once per account.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. This means you must wager an amount equal to 25 times the bonus received.
- Certain games may not contribute toward meeting wagering requirements — the detailed conditions for each offer will be stated separately.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus.
- A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds.
3.3 VIP Program
The bethdb VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rates at higher tiers are as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
The method for advancing VIP tiers and the detailed cashback conditions are determined by bethdb and are subject to change.
3.4 Bonus Abuse
If any member attempts to abuse the bonus system, engage in fraudulent activity, or claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
4.1 General Gaming Rules
All games available on the bethdb platform — slots, fishing games, table games, live casino and sports betting — are operated in a safe and reliable environment. The rules and procedures for each game are described in detail within the game itself.
- Game outcomes are determined fairly through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, valid bets will be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded.
- If game results are displayed incorrectly due to a software error, connection issue or any other reason, the server record will be considered final.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Playing games using any type of bot, automated software or artificial intelligence.
- Colluding with other members in an attempt to harm the platform.
- Using hacking, phishing or any other fraudulent technology.
- Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
4.3 Sports Betting Special Conditions
Betting is available on the bethdb platform for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and various leagues), kabaddi and other popular sports. The specific betting rules and cut-off times for each event are displayed on the platform.
- Bets must be confirmed before the event begins and cannot be changed or cancelled afterwards.
- If a match or event is abandoned, bets will be cancelled and funds will be refunded.
- In the event of a dispute over an event result, the decision of bethdb is final.
Account Suspension and Closure
5.1 Account Closure at the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time via live chat support. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance, however all active bonuses will be cancelled.
5.2 Account Suspension or Closure by bethdb
bethdb may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete registration information.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or manipulation.
- Being identified as a minor.
- Suspected money laundering or illegal transactions.
In the event of account suspension or closure, a decision regarding any balance in the account will be made following an investigation.

- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account (where caused by the user's own negligence).
- Delays or losses caused by issues with third-party payment platforms.
- Expected profits not being realised based on game outcomes.

9.1 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and applicable bonus terms together form the entire agreement between bethdb and the member. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by this document.
9.2 Severability
If any clause of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
9.3 No Waiver of Rights
bethdb's failure to enforce or delay in enforcing any condition does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that condition.
